John Nixon - Physiotherapist BSc (Hons) MCSP
Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
HND Sports and Exercise Science
John has gained experience by working in many different environments that includes cardiac rehab, neurological rehab and pulmonary rehab. He has gained vast experience by utilising various treatment methods on a multitude of conditions that have all had a positive impact. John has worked with Glasgow’s Physical and Disability team and witnessed firsthand the importance of patient independence in their own environment. John has worked predominantly with clients suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease and Arthritis and has seen the positive impact that treatment has had on their chronic pain. His main interest is cardiac rehab where he enjoys motivating clients to achieve their maximal potential. John also has an interest in chronic pain conditions evident by his desire to study alternative therapies in the future.
John is also experienced and passionate in treating sports injuries. He has recently worked with various local junior and amateur teams in the Lanarkshire area. He has also worked with Albion Rovers FC gaining valuable experience in emergency physiotherapy.

Stephen Cosgrove – Physiotherapist BSc (Hons) MCSP

Advanced Massage Therapy
Stephen has a special interest in chronic pain having worked as a physiotherapist with the Greater Glasgow Back Pain Service and the South Glasgow osteoarthritis care group. Stephen is a keen advocate of exercise therapy and massage therapy having seen the positive impact these therapies have had on the lives of people suffering with chronic pain. Stephen has experience working in the NHS and has helped rehabilitate clients with a wide range of conditions such as chronic respiratory disorders and neurological conditions
Having spent 4 years working with Manchester Utd FC he has learned from some of the best physiotherapists in the country. Stephen is also passionate about treating sports injuries. He has worked with the Scotland ladies football team and Allan Glens rugby club. He has also worked at the Hampden Sports Clinic, using hydrotherapy to rehabilitate clients.

Linda Montgomery - Sports and Alternative Therapist

Working as a Sports and Alternative Therapist for many years in a clinical setting, Linda has gained a vast knowledge of injuries. By using a wide range of treatments and techniques, including structured exercise, massage, pain treatment and thorough consultation of an individual’s physical history, Linda devises tailored programmes of therapy to aid speedy recover following injury. Recently Linda has gained more experience working within an occupational setting, assessing, treating and delivering rehabilitation programmes for work related injuries.
Whilst training as a Sports Therapist, Linda also took a keen interest in alternative therapies. By combing alternative forms of treatment with more conventional treatments she found that the stress of injury and pain were easily reduced allowing the client to recover quicker as well as enjoying the rehabilitation process. This is an interest which Linda continues to further her skill in, currently studying aromatherapy and life coaching.
